  1. how to order ? ----send us a mail with the following information:

   * style # include brand name (such as Gucci Low #001 )
   * Quantity you want ( how many pairs each style,and total quantity)
   * Shipping address ( Name,Street,City/State,zipcode, Country, tel no.)

  2. How can I get information after I have paid for the shoes ?

  We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number.?

  3. How do I contact you if I have a question?

     We prefer to be contacted by email or via MSN.

  4. How long will it take to receive my shoes?

     Usually, it takes 5-7 business days to receive your order.
     Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.

  5. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)

     Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.
